Our mission is to create a safe space for you to show up authentically, move your body, and have fun. We understand that going to a gym can be incredibly intimidating, which is why we created a private women's only studio experience for you to work on your health and fitness goals. We are an anti-diet culture studio focused on building body neutrality/positivity, strength, and confidence through strength training, functional movements, kickboxing, and nutritional education. Instead of focusing on weight loss, we teach you how to stand in your power and take up the space you deserve.
My Story
Hey! My name is Nicole and I'm a certified fitness and nutrition coach. I've been working with women of all walks of life for 8 years, helping them build confidence, strength, and self appreciation.
I started off my fitness journey at a women's kickboxing studio after having my son and going through a traumatic separation. I quickly fell in love and became an instructor at the studio, which started my career in fitness. Since then, I've worked in multiple gyms utilizing strength training, kickboxing, mobility training, and creating healthy, sustainable habits to help women build strength and confidence. Helping women has always been a passion of mine because women have so much to offer the world, but we've been taught to stay small and quiet.
It's my mission to help you discover yourself through movement, sustainable nutrition habits, and mindfulness. We work together to create a plan helping you achieve your goals and aspirations.
I love spending time outside exploring beautiful Vancouver Island with my sidekick, Teddy the blue heeler. I'm a huge Harry Potter fan, love the video game Zelda, and enjoy watching Marvel with my family. I played soccer for many years and am hopefully going to play again soon. I'm sarcastic, love to laugh, and chocolate is my favourite candy.
