Are you tired of being told to lose weight, eat a certain way, and stay small? 

Me too, and I’ve decided to say “f*** that”

Which is why, when the opportunity presented itself, I jumped on building my own studio to share with other women who are tired of the traditional fitness and health messaging, and feel intimidated by the typical gym setting. At Nicole Brazzale Coaching, our mission is to create a space that is welcoming for women (and those identifying as women) to show up authentically and work on improving their relationship with their bodies. There is no obligation to lose weight or change your body (unless of course that is a goal of yours); instead, we focus on incorporating movement as a way to get back in tune with yourself on a physical and emotional level.


At Nicole Brazzale Coaching, you are in the driver's seat, which means that you get to decide what changes you’d like to incorporate into your life, while I help you facilitate those changes. My job is to help you navigate the areas in your life that you’d like to improve or change; we do that through forming sustainable habits that are intended to build you up, help you stand in your power, and take up the space you deserve. 


Through personalized one-on-one or small group coaching, we’re here to help you achieve your goals, no matter how small they may seem. We want you to feel welcomed, acknowledged, and appreciated. We know how hard you work for everyone else around you, this is the space for you to focus on yourself. Utilizing functional strength training, kickboxing, mindfulness, unpacking diet culture, and building habits that serve you, with you in the driver's seat, we help you move more efficiently and foster a sense of body neutrality. We are an anti-diet studio and we aim to lead with empathy and love; we’re in your corner to push, cheer, and support you on your journey.


We offer four in-person and online training options, listed below, and we invite you to schedule a complimentary session; for in person clients, this will give you an opportunity to check out the space, meet me (and Ted), and decide if this is the right space for you! Online clients, the free session gives us an opportunity to get to know each other and decide if we're the right fit for working together! *Please note that this is a dog friendly studio and Teddy spends most of his time supervising the workouts.

Tier One: Individualized Program

Personalized program without coaching.

This package is for you if you're just looking for a program to follow. 

Includes a complimentary 30 minute session where we go through injuries, goals, and planning. At the end of each training cycle (4-6 weeks) you will have the opportunity to let me know what you liked, didn’t like, or if something was too easy/hard, and update your goals.

This package does not include one-on-one coaching.


Sliding scale is available and can be adjusted monthly. Programs are available on QuickCoach, a free app that includes video links to each exercise.

$90-140/month

Tier Two: Individualized program with weekly written feedback

This package is for you if you need a program to follow and feedback on your movements (form checks, modifications, etc).

Includes a complimentary 30 minute session where we go through injuries, goals, and planning. Weekly questionnaires including the opportunity send videos of your exercises for feedback. At the end of each training cycle (4-6 weeks) you will have the opportunity to let me know what you liked, didn’t like, or if something was too easy/hard, and update your goals.

This package does not include one-on-one coaching.

$140-190/month

Tier Three: Individualized program with once a week virtual or in-person training sessions (50 minute sessions)

This package is for you if you need individualized coaching (new to exercise, coming back from an injury, accountability, and support).

Includes a complimentary 30 minute session where we go through injuries, goals, and planning. Once a week in-person or virtual training sessions (50 minutes), coaching, and a program to follow on your own. 

In-person training can be done one-on-one or in a small group (2-3 people). Each person will have a personalized program to follow.

Sliding scale is available and can be adjusted monthly. Programs are available on QuickCoach, a free app that includes video links to each exercise.

$260-320/month

Tier Four: Individualized program with twice a week virtual or in-person training sessions (50 minute sessions)

This package is for you if you need individualized coaching (new to exercise, coming back from an injury, accountability, and support).

Includes a complimentary 30 minute session where we go through injuries, goals, and planning. Twice a week in-person or virtual training sessions (50 minutes), coaching, and a program to follow on your own. 

In-person training can be done one-on-one or in a small group (2-3 people). Each person will have a personalized program to follow.
